CAD Software

Exocad, developed by the Fraunhofer Institute in Frankfurt, is now a standard for dentistry design. It interfaces with both traditional and intraoral scanners.
Its highly intuitive behaviour (e.g. automatic recognition of closure edges and insertion axes) makes it easy to design single crowns as much as Toronto bridges.

Available, in addition to the standard module (crown, bridge frame, inlay/onlay, veneers, wax-up anatomic copying, etc.), modules for implants, implant bars, virtual articulator, true smile, bite splints. Optional annual upgrade.

Dental Machine CAM Software

DentalCAM has been specifically developed to drive our 5-axis machines for the purpose of optimizing their operation and simplifying the use for dental technicians.
Current management has been reduced to a simple sequence of decisions, already proposed by the system (location on the disc, choice of strategy, tools to use, etc.).
The system is an open one: a more experienced dental technician can intervene and change each single stage during the process: the machine will grow along with your expertise!

Sinterizing Oven Furnace

Sinterizing oven furnace for zirconium dioxide, made in Italy and particularly suited to markets where energy costs are at a premium, as it has a low power input (900 Watt and 230 Volt single phase) although it can reach 1,700 °C.

Chamber with 1.6 litre capacity (120 o x 120 H mm) bottom loading; heating elements in molybdenum disilicide. 1 preset sinterizing program, plus 9 to be set and saved by the user.
